Court Phone System Update

Our vendor has restored most of our phone services. At this time please be aware that there is no hold music. When you call, please hold through the silence until your call is answered. 

We are aware that there may be some lines that are still not accepting calls. We are still working with the vendor to get all lines functioning again.

The San Luis Obispo County Superior Court launched re:SearchCA, a web-based platform that grants registered users remote access to public court records and documents. Please follow the link to register or sign in with your eFileCalifornia account.

Juror Qualifications

You are qualified to be a juror if you are

  • A United States Citizen
  • 18 years old or older
  • A resident of San Luis Obispo County
  • Able to read and understand English
  • An individual who has not been convicted of a felony, or if convicted and civil rights restored, attach a copy of Certificate of Rehabilitation
  • Not currently serving as a Grand Juror
