Court Phone System Update

Our vendor has restored most of our phone services. At this time please be aware that there is no hold music. When you call, please hold through the silence until your call is answered.

We are aware that there may be some lines that are still not accepting calls. We are still working with the vendor to get all lines functioning again.

Online Case Lookup

Online Attorney Portal/re:SearchCA Case Lookup

The online portal site allows you to search case data from the Court's case management system.

Attorney Portal

If you are an attorney that is party to a case in San Luis Obispo County, you can use this portal to access your cases. You will need to create an account if you don't have one. After creating your account, please select "Request Access" from the menu in the top right to enter your attorney information in order to gain access to your cases. Access is typically granted within one business day.

re:SearchCA

For security, this public access site requires registration if accessing remotely. Kiosks are available in the courthouse that do not require registration.

San Luis Obispo is the first county in California to rollout this new, multi-jurisdictional case search platform. We are excited to lead the way on this new, more efficient way to access court records in California.
