Court Phone System Update

Our vendor has restored most of our phone services. At this time please be aware that there is no hold music. When you call, please hold through the silence until your call is answered. 

We are aware that there may be some lines that are still not accepting calls. We are still working with the vendor to get all lines functioning again.

Access Court Records Online.

The San Luis Obispo County Superior Court launched re:SearchCA, a web-based platform that grants registered users remote access to public court records and documents. Please follow the link to register or sign in with your eFileCalifornia account.

Civil

The San Luis Obispo Superior Court does not provide court reporters in civil matters. If you want your matter reported, you must hire a court reporter privately. Call 788-3454 and request a list of private reporters.
