Text Message Notifications
This service allows court users to receive text message reminders for scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled hearings, as well as payment reminders. Parties with a valid mobile phone number on file with the court may opt in or out at any time. By opting in, you will receive notifications for all of your San Luis Obispo Superior Court cases.
How It Works
- Notifications may be sent to parties who have a valid mobile phone number on file with the court.
- To opt in, reply YES to any notification you receive. To stop messages, reply NO at any time.
- You may opt back in at any time by replying YES again.
- You will receive hearing updates and reminders, as well as payment reminders.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Text message notifications are provided as a courtesy only. You are responsible for appearing in court as scheduled and making all required payments, even if you do not receive a text message or if a message is delayed.
- This service does not replace any legal requirement for notice.
